Tungsten carbide cold rolls is the main products of HengRui, our cold rolls is used in reinforcement wire cold rolling and forming, we had more than 17 years experience to processing cold rolls, and exported to 36 countries since 2006, till now, 0 complain of the quality.

Also could make it as per customer requirements.

The material of rolls blanks we used are sintered in HIP furnace, 100% virgin material.

Before mass production, we need to do a trial pressing and sintering , and we check the appearances and the size, density and hardness of samples with micrometer, Metallurgical microscope, densitometer etc. to ensure that the requirements of the drawings can be met before batch production; All the products must be inspected strictly by our QC.
