The ratio of raw materials is an important front-end link in cemented carbide production and an important factor in determining the characteristics of cemented carbide products. Domestic cemented carbide companies with R&D capabilities combine many years of industry experience to continuously optimize the raw material ratio based on material characteristics, processing parameters, service life and other requirements to meet the needs of various downstream fields.
In terms of production technology, the overall production technology of my country’s cemented carbide industry is relatively mature. Affected by factors such as technical accumulation experience, equipment investment, and talent reserves, the performance of each enterprise is uneven. Enterprises with technical strength have poor performance in R&D investment and technology accumulation. It is at the leading level and has a unique production process based on deep market penetration, which can effectively enhance the market competitiveness of its products.
