4, we are clear that this year’s work is more difficult to do, not to mention the non-standard shaped more, there is work is good, this please understand.

7, director Zhao Kui has been in the front line to solve the problem of tungsten carbide mold, we stand up car or the main force, just do a good job, the product to the best is the greatest support to the directors. Directors will have to track this matter in the near future, from beginning to end to turn a circle, if there is something wrong, correct immediately.
8, the incentive mechanism also continue to adhere to do. Combined with the staff’s consistent performance, long working hours, low scrap rate, good at solving tricky problems, etc.
