Carbide precision molding process

The ordinary pressing production process of cemented carbide is relatively simple. It only determines the pressing unit weight and pressing size of a certain model through pressure testing, and uses this as the production process parameters to implement it throughout. There are no clear requirements for equipment, molds, mixtures, etc. in pressing production, so we can only produce some mid-to-low-end products that do not require high pressing accuracy. For precision pressing, you need not only good hardware, but also good software. Specifically, you need: high-precision press (similar to TPA press), high-precision mold (micron level, alloy mold) , high-performance mixture (good pressing properties such as fluidity and bulk density), precise pressing process parameters (PM, PH, OB, L and other parameters) and other basic conditions can enable better precision pressing.

The precision molding process includes: pressing cycle and pressing process parameters and their calculations, mixture selection standards, die selection standards, boat selection standards, pressed product quality standards, processing of returned materials, etc.
The calculation of the pressing process parameters includes the determination of the linear shrinkage coefficient K, the unit weight of the compact, the height of the compact, the three major stroke values and the pressing position value.
