CIM is an organization in the information age, a philosophy for managing enterprise production, and a production model for new enterprises in the information age. The specific implementation based on this philosophy and technology is the Computer Integrated Manufacturing System, or CIMS. Well-known foreign companies have used computer integration technology to transform the traditional management model, that is, to organically combine all aspects from market forecasting and analysis, contract signing, product design, processing and manufacturing, material supply, quality assurance, product sales, to after-sales service. A highly automated and overall optimized computer-integrated intelligent marketing and production system is formed.
At the same time, almost all manufacturing process operations such as boat loading and unloading, pressing, semi-inspection, drying, sintering, and process control in traditional production can be performed by intelligent robots. The stability of product accuracy and material properties is completely under control, thereby improving the reliability of product quality and production efficiency, and providing a strong guarantee for the production of high-quality, high-performance cemented carbide.
There is still a big gap in the research and development of the above-mentioned fields in my country’s cemented carbide industry, and we must redouble our efforts to catch up, so that we can transform from a country with large tungsten resources into a powerful country in tungsten processing.
