Before the meeting, Mr. Liu combined with the rectification of the sintering workshop and asked the construction party to run through the water circuit of the sintering workshop again, and communicate again if there is any unreasonable place to ensure that there is no continuous flow and supply, and as long as the water circuit is running normally, no emergencies will occur.
The notice of “Adjusting the working mode of Cemented Carbide Sintering Workshop” was issued for trial operation from now on.
1、Junior technical workers. (1) Responsible for the preparation of equipment before sintering, product sintering process development, process operation records, equipment operation dynamic inspection, and equipment inspection after sintering; (2) Daily and regular maintenance of equipment, and equipment repair; (3) Electrical water circuit inspection and backup electric water circuit inspection.
2、General operator. (1) Responsible for all the work before the product is loaded into the furnace. Such as product half-check, swing boat, find graphite hoop, product loading furnace, furnace product sales order entry, etc.; (2) responsible for all the work after the sintered product outlet shield. Such as product unloading furnace, retreat graphite hoop, product loading into iron box, etc.; (3) auxiliary junior technical workers to equipment maintenance and repair.
3、Working time. (1) 12 hours working time for junior skilled workers. (2) General operator 9 hours.
