The material models of cemented carbide cold heading dies are generally divided into dozens of types according to their composition. The following are some commonly used cemented carbide cold heading die material models:

1. YG20: Tungsten carbide (WC) is the main component, and cobalt (Co) is the binder phase. With high hardness, wear resistance and high temperature resistance, it is suitable for the production of difficult threads, nails, etc.

2. YG22C: Tungsten carbide (WC) is the main component, cobalt (Co) and molybdenum (Mo) are the binder phases. With higher hardness and bending strength, it is suitable for the production of metal products with higher precision.

3. YG20C: Tungsten carbide (WC) is the main component, cobalt (Co) and coke (C) are the binder phase. High hardness and bending strength, good impact resistance, suitable for making short nuts, bolts, etc.

4. YG6: The proportion of tungsten carbide (WC) and cobalt (Co) is equal, and the content of cobalt binder phase is low. Good hardness and wear resistance, suitable for manufacturing small diameter screws, rivets, etc.

5. YG25C: The main components are tungsten carbide (WC) and cobalt (Co), with high hardness but relatively brittle. Suitable for manufacturing small metal parts with complex shapes.
